The State of New Jersey has notified all County Clerk offices that all GIT/REP forms (Seller’s Tax Declaration) signed on or after October 1, 2025, must be the most recent forms available.  Older versions of the GIT/REP forms (Seller’s Tax Declaration) will no longer be accepted by the Office of the Bergen County Clerk.  Please find a link to the State of New Jersey’s website here:
