County Clerk Certification

If you need to have your signature certified on a document that you have notarized, bring or send the original document to the Bergen County Clerk’s office. We will attach a County Clerk Certification directly to the document, which certifies your signature. This is a normal procedure for many documents that have to be sent outside of the United States. The fee is $5 per certificate.
